Anna Carver
Associate Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist (COSRT & UKCP Registered)
I worked in the creative industries in the UK and overseas for many years before retraining as a psychotherapist. This early professional experience gave me insight into high pressure environments, complex interpersonal dynamics and the impact of stress on identity, relationships and intimacy and these experiences continue to inform my therapeutic work.
I originally trained as a psychodynamic psychotherapist and later in relationship and psychosexual therapy. I have worked in both NHS and private settings and currently work as a Psychosexual Psychotherapist within NHS Imperial College Healthcare Trust, alongside my private practice. I work with individuals, couples and people in non-traditional relationship structures.
My approach is collaborative and tailored. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where difficult experiences can be explored openly. I work in an inclusive way and welcome clients of all genders, sexualities, cultures and relationship styles.
