Agreements:
Cancelled Sessions
Cancelled or missed sessions are generally chargeable, as your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and exceptions may be considered where appropriate, at the discretion of your therapist.
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before, subject to availability. Alternatively, all our therapists offer remote sessions. Please discuss with your therapist about moving to a virtual session rather than cancelling, if circumstances allow for the session to proceed.
Why We Have A Cancellation Policy
This policy is in place to protect the service and practitioners' time. When a session is cancelled without sufficient notice, it is often not possible to offer that time to another client. While you are in therapy at CLRT, the appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, whether or not you are able to attend.
Confidentiality
All discussions in Counselling and Psychotherapy are confidential. There are of course some legal exceptions and limitations to this, which are there to help keep you safe and these will be explained at your first meeting.
All client records are protected by the General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act and no client information is shared with any third party. Again any exceptions to this policy would occur only where necessary to protect the safety of clients or others.
No information is gathered through the use or operation of this website that can identify visitors to the site.
Complaints
Practitioners working at Central London Relationship Therapy, including therapists, supervisors and workshop facilitators, are independent and responsible for their own clinical work. While we take care in selecting experienced practitioners, full responsibility for the services provided rests with each individual. If you have a complaint or concern about any of our therapists, please contact us at
