People often seek psychotherapy when a relationship feels painful, confusing, or stuck. As a qualified and experienced psychotherapist, I offer a calm, confidential, and non-judgmental space where we can think together about what is happening in your relationships and how these difficulties are affecting you. Through careful attention to your experiences, we can begin to understand recurring patterns, emotional struggles, and conflicts, and work towards meaningful and lasting change.

My approach is psychodynamic, which means that we may explore how past experiences and earlier relationships continue to influence the present. This process can help create greater insight, emotional freedom, and new ways of relating to yourself and others.

I have previously worked at Tavistock Relationships as a Senior Visiting Clinician in the General Counselling Service. My role included involvement in the Divorce and Separation Consultations Service and the supervision of clinicians. More recently, I have held teaching roles as a Seminar Leader on the Psychodynamic Psychotherapy training at Tavistock Relationships and as an Honorary Teaching Fellow at Birkbeck, University of London.

I am bilingual in English and French and provide psychotherapy in both languages.
